Wellness Gathering

Are you enjoying physical and mental wellness on a daily basis? Do you take
medication for anxiety, sleeping, high blood pressure, depression, or pain?
Information on various focusing-of-the-mind techniques will presented during this two-hour Gathering. You will have the opportunity to experience a thirty-minute Theta Brain Wave
“deep relaxation” session. Learn about non-drug solutions for all of these conditions plus enhancing creativity, memory and brain fitness. Everyone attending will receive a Deep Relaxation CD.
