Journey Beyond Sound

The Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd and Journey Beyond Sound present Autumnal Bliss: Meditative Sound Bath Journeys — Monterey Series, a rejuvenating, fall-inspired experience of guided meditation and an immersive live soundscape. This special experience offers a peaceful space to slow down, quiet the mind, and settle into the reflective rhythms of the autumn season.

Rest comfortably as a live ensemble surrounds you with a richly layered soundscape of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, symphonic gongs, chimes, Native instruments, violin, strings, and other resonant tones. As the sounds gently wash over you, they create a calming atmosphere that supports deep relaxation, mindfulness, quiet reflection, and renewal.

Each Journey Beyond Sound offering is thoughtfully curated around a unique seasonal or inspirational theme, creating a meaningful experience for both first-time and returning participants.

All Saints Sunday

On the Feast of All Saints, we remember with thanksgiving those we love but see no longer. You are invited to bring a photo or small keepsake of a departed loved one to place in the church as we pray and give thanks for the communion of saints.

Sunday, November 1

All are welcome as we honor the faithful who have gone before us and the love that still binds us together.
